J&K team shines at 67th National School Games 2023-24 Wushu Championship

SRINAGAR: The 67th National School Games 2023-24 Wushu Championship witnessed an outstanding display of skill and determination from the Jammu and Kashmir Wushu team, who secured remarkable victories, marking their prowess in the sporting arena. The team achieved a commendable feat by clinching 5 gold, 3 silver, and 5 bronze medals, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication to the sport.
The triumphant medal winners from Jammu and Kashmir include Ayeera Chisti, Ansa Chisti, Zeerak Wani, Syed Mohd Ali, Sheikh Amir, Aliza Shah, Anum Ajaz, Imran Raja, Sadiya Tariq, Juairiya, Aabid Yousuf, Mohd Shaher, and Uzair Ahmad Sheikh. Their outstanding performances have brought pride and honor to the region, illustrating their unwavering commitment and passion for Wushu.
In recognition of their remarkable achievement, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the medal winners for their exceptional display of skill and sportsmanship in the championship. Additionally, we would like to congratulate team Coach Shabir Ahmed and abida ma’am .
