ICTA-JK congratulates Atal Dulloo on becoming Chief Secretary of J&K

Srinagar: The Information Communication Technology Association of Jammu and Kashmir (ICTA-JK) has extended warm congratulations to Atal Dulloo on his appointment as the new Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
In a statement, the Association said Atal Dulloo’s vast experience and commendable service in various departments have been a source of inspiration for many. “We believe his leadership will bring positive changes to the administrative landscape of J&K,” it said.
“Mr. Atal Dulloo’s exemplary contributions in various capacities have demonstrated his commitment to public service and administrative excellence. His track record reflects a deep understanding of the challenges faced by different sectors, and we appreciate his proactive approach in addressing critical issues,” the statement said.
ICTA-JK is confident that under Mr. Dulloo’s dynamic leadership, the industrial scenario in Jammu and Kashmir, including the Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector, will witness significant growth and development. We look forward to his strategic initiatives that will further enhance the business environment, address pending industrial issues, and provide a much-needed boost to the ICT industry, the Association said.
The newly developed industrial park at Pampore holds great promise for unit holders, especially in the IT sector. ICTA-JK is optimistic that Mr. Atal Dulloo’s policies and administrative acumen will create a conducive environment for the flourishing of IT businesses in the J&K.
In particular, ICTA-JK eagerly anticipates Mr. Atal Dulloo’s intervention in resolving the long-pending issue of the Industrial Estate (IE) Pampore. “The stagnant situation has delayed the handover of the estate to unit holders, hindering the establishment of IT companies. A swift resolution of this matter is crucial not only to overcome unemployment challenges but also to catalyze the growth of the IT sector in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.”
As the representative body of IT industrial and companies in Jammu and Kashmir, ICTA expresses its support and eagerness to collaborate with Mr. Atal Dulloo in advancing the interests of the ICT sector.
