Life – A Huge Dilemma

Life – A Huge Dilemma

Although the highest truth is thought to be the phenomenological experience of existence, not all souls are able to fully comprehend its flavor and texture. Life is a barren landscape for some people while it is all about money and belongings for others. On the other hand, life ends up being a tragedy for someone from a lowly and humble upbringing.
Water, food, clothes, and shelter are examples of abiotic needs that must be met in order for life to survive and continue. Hard labor is needed in order to meet these needs. These souls’ lives become enmeshed in the fruitless but never-ending voyage to nothingness. They have a graveyard in their figurative heart where all of their dreams, wants, likes, and wishes are decomposing and interred. Through their tireless efforts, they overcome seemingly insurmountable difficulties only to be greeted by new problems.
In light of this, a person from a low socioeconomic background is left with two options: either they continue to suffer the fate passed down through the generations, or they dare to be more and defy the system. Although challenging, the latter is more gratifying. Getting an education involves a significant level of risk for kids from lower-income families, but it also has the largest societal and personal benefits. These pupils’ journey to education isn’t easy, though, since their early school years are marked by hardship. Students from wealthy and elite backgrounds who show their goods in an extravagant manner trigger a new wave of desires and aspirations in them. What develops into a habit for them is giving up these needs and aspirations. The only realistic alternative left to them is to skip educational excursions and events because of budgetary difficulties under the pretense of “exams” or “illnesses.”Another method of surviving is to skip meals in order to save a few rupees. These sacrifices are a daily occurrence in these students’ lives.
The toxic mindset and pernicious societal attitudes that dominate our society are the most torturous thing for a struggling student. The value of a person is defined by their outward appearance and clothing in the social fabric woven into ultra-materialistic outlooks. In the most basic sense, one is assessed based on the brand of their clothing. Kind deeds and moral principles are becoming less and less attractive in the face of materialistic qualities. In light of this, surviving becomes exceedingly difficult for a student who is bound by his socioeconomic situation. As a result, many people regard low-income students as though they are less than human and have no right to compete or develop.
Nevertheless, despite the severity of these difficulties, young pupils ought to understand that life is worth living. We have no control over our birthright. However, if we work hard and uphold noble humanistic principles like respect, empathy, compassion, and altruism, we may alter the course of our lives and the lives of future generations. A successful past is not necessary for a successful future. All difficulties and obstacles ultimately turn out to be blessings in disguise since they help one get ready for a bigger task. It is necessary to eradicate the toxic and demoralizing social psychology that permeates both society and our educational institutions. It’s time to acknowledge that everyone, irrespective of socioeconomic background, has a fundamental right to strive for a higher standard of living.
