New Delhi;:Prime Minister Narendra Modi wore a sleeveless jacket made of material recycled from plastic bottles to Parliament on Wednesday.
The prime minister was seen wearing a light blue “sadri” jacket as he sat in the Rajya Sabha in the morning.
