Remember that love and hatred, politics and war originate inside the neurons of the brain

We often get stressed about social, economic and political pressures of our environment. It hampers our strength of working and puts us in the arena of losers. The thing which is responsible for this distress is our thinking. It is rightly said, “Nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so”. This thinking originates from our brain cells. Let’s understand this mystery.
When you think of the brain, you are thinking probably of neurons. Neurons are the cells in the brain and other parts of human body that send and receive electrical and chemical signals. They are building blocks of our nervous system, and transmit information to other neurons, muscles, and tissues throughout the body. They allow you to think, feel, move, and comprehend the world around you.
Let me give you a simple example. If a person met with an accident, unfortunately his head is injured on the back, what we call the occipital part, and the neurons of the occipital lobe get damaged. After that the person is unable to see objects around him. Why? Becausethat part of the brain controls vision, and it is no more functional now.
Same is the case with our thinking. What we think originates from the upper part of our brain. We call it the frontal lobe. If that part is damaged, we no longer think and we die in a short period of time.
If we let the brain think good, good things will happen in our lives. If we feed it with bad thoughts, our mind will work accordingly. It will direct the different body parts to work in a bad way, and our life becomes like a bunch of miseries.
Neurons in the brain have got immense power to transform you from good to bad or from bad to good by the chemical and electrical signals traveling in our body’s nervous system on daily basis.
Another part of our brain is the subconscious, popularised by the famous psychoanalyst, Sigmund Freud. This is the most powerful part of the brain and is widely studied in psychology. It compels our body to work in the same way repeatedly. E.g., if we read books on scientific temper repeatedly and often meet with the scientific fraternity, we start to think about the universe from a scientific perspective. Our personality becomes like that of a scientist.
This is the power of the subconscious. If we choose drunkards as our friends, one day or the other we definitely will become drunkards.
Our perceptions, our personality and all our achievements are the direct outcome of our thoughts that are running in the biological cells of our brain in the form of chemical and electrical impulses, experimentally proven.
Scientists say we only use 10% of our brain power. If we use it in a constructive way, amazing mysteries of this universe would be solved.
The brain always makes friendly relations with it’s environment, observes keenly, and controls our personality in the best and wisest way.
Someone rightly said, “Isn’t it a paradox that we want the new version of everything, but we fear to change our mind?”
