Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam condoles demise of wife of former Gen Secy

Srinagar: Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam Srinagar has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of the wife of its former General Secretary and former Chief Engineer Muhammad Ibrahim Shah, of Gogji Bagh, Srinagar.
Muhammad Ibrahim Shah also passed away earlier this year. He had rendered decade-long services to the Anjuman and played an invaluable role in advancing the educational, constructive and welfare programmes of the organisation.
The Anjuman while paying homage to the deceased described her as a very religious and pious woman.
The Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam, on behalf of the organisation and its incarcerated Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq who continues to be under house arrest for the last 26 months, has expressed heartfelt condolence and sympathy with the bereaved Shah family. It prayed to Allah Almighty for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
Meanwhile, a delegation of the Anjuman led by its General Secretary, Haji Altaf Ahmed Bhat and Principal of Islamia Oriental College Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon visited the house of the deceased at Gogji Bagh and expressed condolence with the bereaved family on behalf of Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir. The delegation also offered Fateha in favour of the departed soul.
According to family sources, the collective Fateha Khawani of the deceased will be performed on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 10:30 am at their ancestral graveyard at Gogji Bagh.
