In a statement issued by SSP Police Traffic City Srinagar Javid Ahmad Koul said that this cooperation has made it possible to ease out the flow of traffic.This has been a challenging time for traffic police to survey the volume and type of traffic; decide modifications and implement the changes.Modifications must have caused inconvenience to many but it was necessary for the general good.The traffic congestion was delaying emergencies, office goers school goers,causing pollution and wastage of fuel.It was giving stress, frustration and road rage.
