De-spite smart metering in Kashmir people are reeling under unannounced power outages.”

It is high time that the government functionar-es should come up with an official statement why people of the valley are made to face power cuts, while on the other side, LG Manoj Sinha administration had assured people of uninterrupted power sup-ply, Shahdhar said.
