Hajin: Indian Army’s 13 RR on Monday hosted an Iftaar party at Hajin camp to “foster and reinforce the spirit of peace and communal harmony”.
Over a hundred locals, senior citizens and police gathered for the party to pray, eat and converse, an Army official said. He said 13RR Hajin conducted this event to bring harmony and increase the bond between the Army and locals in the area.
The local people expressed their hope that such events would improve communal harmony in the region. “The locals and the Army would work together for the betterment of society and their region,” they said.
