Learning needs courage, not talent

Learning needs courage, not talent

We usually hear a word nowadays that we call talent. We are just spinning this word everywhere, no matter whosoever does whatsoever, if they succeeded in their work we pin the word “talented” over them. If the one who becomes a winner is talented then what about those who just compete with these winners?
It always remained in my mind that if one is talented, it’s not possible that he can do everything with perfection because we all know we have to face those things in our life which need courage and capability to deal with. I myself appreciate those who are talented but I focus on being courageous so that I can go forward for everything because if we have to move forward with new things we need to be more confident than to be talented, like one of the quotes: “Hard work beats talent.”
Hard work needs motivation with a sincere mindset where we can find positivity even if we haven’t been able to do it perfectly. For example, when we see the requirement for an army job they never post that only talented youth can participate, but instead seek eligible youth. They don’t check how much talent we have; they see how can we bear and understand things properly. These people get credibility for their confidence and contribution.
I also think the country never wants only talented people but they need volunteers too to always protect itself. The title “learning needs courage, not talent” is my father’s thought. I still remember when I was reading a newspaper one day I asked my father, “Papa these people are too smart and intelligent. They write things too well.” He was sipping tea, and told me, “Can u make a perfect tea for me? “I replied that I don’t know how to make it but I’ll try my level best. Then he said, “Like you said you don’t know but you want to try for me just because you want me to have tea. Similarly, these people may not be talented but they love to write their experiences and want to share their knowledgeable thoughts with people; and when people read, they get motivated and write more. You should never think that talented people can run the system. It needs courageous people who try their level best to make things better.” Then I myself tried writing. I had never ever thought that one day I will be able to write my own experience and share my thoughts with others.
At last, I’ will convey the message to everyone that no matter how dim and dark you are, if you work for your goals you will do wonders. And yes, attempts with efforts make better results.
