Kupwara: A couple was injured in a black bear attack in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Abdul Aziz Khatana 50 and his wife Saiba Begum 45 of Nagsari Kalaroos were attacked by a black bear in nearby forests in which duo received serious injuries.
The other people immediately reached the spot and chased the beast, they also removed injured people to nearby public health centre (PHC) Kalaroos for treatment. The injured duo are said to be stable now.
