Scores of students of Government Higher Secondary School Bomai on Friday morning staged a protest at Bomai village in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, against the GDC Pulwama incident and police action on students across valley.

The students were shouting anti- government and Pro-freedom slogans in the area.

Meanwhile students marched towards police post Bomai and start pelting stones upon the post . The police retaliated with tear smoke shells to disperse the agitated students.

Consequently, all shopkeepers move down their shutters and traffic movement was affected in the area.
