KARGIL: Primary Health Centre (PHC) Shargole has been awarded the prestigious Kayakalp Award, securing the top position among all PHCs in Kargil district. This recognition has been conferred by National Health Mission (NHM), UT Ladakh, for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall healthcare service delivery.
Block Medical Officer (BMO) Dr. Fareeda Banoo expressed her gratitude to the entire staff for their unwavering dedication and teamwork. “This achievement is a result of the collective efforts of our healthcare staff, who have worked tirelessly to improve sanitation, infection control, and patient care. PHC Shargole will continue its commitment to quality healthcare,” she said.
