Reviews cadre performance, outlines strategy to strengthen party in district
SRINAGAR: Apni Party on Saturday held a core group meeting in Kulgam district. The meeting was aimed at reviewing the performance of the party leadership and cadre in Kulgam and outlining a strategy to further strengthen the party across the district.
The meeting was presided over by the party’s Chief Coordinator and District President Kulgam Abdul Majeed Padder, while as party’s Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir were present as a special guest on the occasion.
According to a press statement issued here, “During the meeting, the participants thoroughly reviewed the current political and social scenario in Kulgam district, shared grassroots-level feedback from their respective areas, and expressed their views on a range of issues concerning the prevailing political situation, party performance, and several important organisational matters.”
“They decided to intensify political and public outreach across the district in order to connect more closely with the masses and further strengthen the party in Kulgam,” the press release added.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohammad Ashraf Mir urged the district leadership and senior workers to enhance their political and public outreach activities in their respective areas and to identify public issues and grievances so that these matters can be brought to the notice of the concerned officials for prompt redressal.
Besides Padder and Mir, the prominent leaders who were present on the occasion included District Vice President Lateef Ahmad Malik, District Vice President Mohammad Amin Bhat, District General Secretary Abdul Hammed Bakhshi, In-charge Kulgam Aqib Ahmad, Zonal President DH Pora Abdul Hameed Dar, Block President DH Pora Mohammad Ayoub Bhat, Block President DK Marg Ghulam Mohammad Akbar, Block President Phaloo Nazir Ahmad Wagay and all Halqa Presidents in Kulgam district.
