SRINAGAR: A Public Grievance Cell for Passport verification cases, service, and other verifications has been established at CID Headquarters in Srinagar, near the Government Arts Emporium. Members of the public with grievances related to Passport cases or other verifications can visit every Tuesday starting at 12 PM.

Additionally, a similar Public Grievance Cell will be set up at CID Headquarters on Canal Road in Jammu once the offices are relocated from Srinagar to Jammu.
