In the serene valley of Kashmir,
A modest girl lived, innocent and fair.
She laughed, she loved, she dreamed, she cared,
But her in-laws’ cruel intentions left her snared.

With deceit and treachery,
They plotted her fate,
And took away her life,
Leaving her loved ones to mourn and hate.
She pleaded, she cried, but to no avail,
Her screams were silenced, her dreams impaled.

Now her voice echoes in the mountains and streams,
A reminder of the horrors of shattered dreams.
Her soul rests in peace, but justice awaits,
For the perpetrators of this heinous crime to face their fate.

Oh, Kashmir, your beauty is marred by such tragedy,
May we never forget this innocent girl’s legacy.
May her memory live on, and may we strive,
To ensure that no more lives are taken in such a cruel and unjust way to survive.
