Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler in Baramulla and recovered contraband substance from his possession.
Officers led by SHO Police Station Baramulla Police alongwith In-charge PP Delina during daily routine checking arrested 02 drug peddlers identified as Imran Zameer Khan son of Zameer Ahmad Khan resident of Trikanjan Boniyar and Yasin Ahmad Ganie son of Ab Rehman resident of Delina Ghat at Juhama Baramulla and recovered 10 grams of Brown Sugar from his possession. They have been shifted to the police station where they remain in custody.
Accordingly, a case under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Baramulla and investigation set in motion.
