PAMPORE: A Special Lok-Adalat under the chairmanship Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore Junaid Imtiyaz Mir Judicial Magistrate Pampore was held on Saturday at Munsif Court Complex Pampore in which eighty seven were disposed off and an amount of Rs. 35,42,100 has been recovered/released from the violators as fine, officials told Kashmir Reader.
Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore under the Chairmanship of Junaid Imtiyaz Mir Judicial Magistrate Pampore under the able and noble guidance of Chairman District Legal Services Authority Abdul Rashid Malik Principal District and Sessions Judge Pulwama and Secretary District Legal Services Authority Reyaz Ahmad Chowdhary organised a National Lok Adalat on Saturday at Munsiff Court Complex Pampore in which a bench was constituted which was presided over by Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore Junaid Imtiyaz Mir (KCS Judicial) and member Bar President Advocate Aijaz Ahmad Khan in which various cases were taken up out of which 87 cases were disposed off and fine for an amount of rupees thirty five lacs, forty thousands and nine hundred was recovered/released from the violators, violating the Motor vehicle Acts and in Criminal matters.
Civil matters and cases under section 138 (Cheque Bounce Cases) were also taken up and resolved through the intervention of National Lok-Adalat Bench, officials said.
