UDHAMPUR: As part of the Pan India Awareness and Outreach Campaign launched under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur, under the guidance of its Chairman and overall supervision of Secretary, Rajni Sharma (Sub-Judge) organized a Webinar on extending Legal Services at Pre-Arrest, Arrest and Remand Stage, here today.
The Aim of the Programme was to raise awareness and deliberate on the ways to extend Legal services to the needy at Pre-Arrest, Arrest and Remand Stage.
The Resource Persons of the Programme were Panel Lawyers Advocate Sanjeet Kumar and Advocate Akhil Dubey. The Resource Persons enlightened the participants about various measures undertaken by the Legal Services Institutions to provide Legal Services to the masses particularly at Pre-Arrest, Arrest and Remand Stage.
The Programme was also attended by Station House Officer Police Station Udhampur Chaman Gorka and Staff from Police Department, District Udhampur. Later Panel Lawyer Advocate Akhil Dubey thanked all the participants for Participating in the Webinar.
