Pampore: A Lok-Adalat was held at Munsif Court, Judicial Magistrate Ist Pampore under the Chairmanship of Chairmanship of Junaid Imtiyaz Mir (KCS Judicial) on Saturday.
A Nation Lok Adalat was held in Court Premises Pampore in which a bench was constituted by Chairman District Legal Services Authority Pulwama.
The bench which was presided over by Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee Pampore Junaid Imtiaz Mir (KCS Judicial) and Bar President Mushtaq Ahmad Khanday in which various cases of Civil and Criminal nature were taken up out of which 108 cases were disposed off and fine for an amount of Rs. 25,700/= has been realized from the violators, violating the Motor vehicle Acts (MVA) as well as in other criminal offences. Civil matters were also taken up and total of 108 matters were amicably resolved.
A number of senior and junior advocates of Bar Association Pampore, prominent citizens and other officials were also present on the occasion.
