DIG north Kashmir appeals people to follow Covid SOP’s

Baramulla: The deputy inspector general of police (DIG) north Kashmir Sujit Kumar Singh on Tuesday appealed to all the people of north Kashmir to wear face masks, make social distance and follow other all SOP’s already declared by the health department and government.
In a video message through social media sites Sujit Kumar Singh IPS stressed upon people to cooperate with civil administration and police so that we can defeat this second wave of Coronavirus.
“As you know the Covid 19 cases increasing day by day in north Kashmir and in other areas, and at the same time large number of people are recovering, but more and more new cases are emerging, it is taking precious lives, snatching smile of people, in this time I request everyone to cooperated with administration, wear face masks, keep social distance and follow other SOP’s so that you can save your lives” DIG said.
“The police personnel who are deployed in markets during day and night to implement covid SOP’s are your own brother, you are requested to support him, the day is not very far when we defeat this deadly virus and keep a smile back on faces”.
