PAMPORE: Authorities in Pampore have augmented quarantine facilities by identifying two more places for the purpose. Tehsildar Pampore Ishtiyaq Mohi ud Din (KAS) told Kashmir Reader that a quarantine facility of 75 beds was created at Kong Posh Hospital at Frestabal Pampore and 25 bed capacity quarantine facility has been created at Darul Uloom Shahi Hamdan Kadlabal Pampore. The authorities told Kashmir Reader that other facilities like towels, toothpaste and tooth brushes and soaps have been kept available at these places. The EDI building already stands converted into a quarantine facility. The authorities informed that a batch of 23 students who returned from different countries on Sunday have been quarantined at EDI and kept under observation. Earlier on Saturday around 70 students who returned from Bangladesh, USA and other countries were kept under observation at EDI Pampore. Meanwhile, Additional Deputy Commissioner Awantipora, Tehsildar Pampore along with other officials on Sunday visited these quarantine sites.
