PDP General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir condemned lynching of a DySP in Jamia Masjid yesterday. The PDP leader said that it seems that humanity was at its lowest ebb and there is no place of such barbaric and inhumane acts within the parameters of Islam.

In a statement issued here he said that there are no words for condemnation of this brutality and it calls for a serious introspection where we are heading to as a society.

“Endless and senseless violence in the holy month of Ramadan has brushed aside the left over remnants of humanity in our society, its saddening, horrific and such an act can never be justified. Those who did this are enemies of Kashmiris and their ethos and condemnation is no word,” he added.
