Kashmiris must have a united stand, says Er. Rasheed

Independent lawmaker and MLA Langate Er. Rasheed, on Sunday, held a debate with that was attended mostly by students from different areas of the Valley in which he said that Kashmiris will have to be united, consistent and sincere in their approach.

He said, “There is no option but to take a united stand and ask the Centre to work for a resolution for the Kashmir crisis after taking into account the divergent viewpoints.

During the discussion Rasheed said religious issues like triple talaq is being dragged to the Supreme Court and TV studios, Muslims are being killed in the name of protecting of cows and they are being prohibited from eating beef.

All the participants agreed that the Centre must not take Kashmiris for granted.
