Hybrid work models present promising opportunity for Indian video conferencing market: Logitech

NEW DELHI: Anand Lakshmanan, the head of B2B at Logitech India, recently highlighted the significant opportunity that hybrid work models offer for the country’s video conferencing market.
Lakshmanan emphasized that as India’s work landscape continues to evolve, with a focus on flexibility, productivity, and cost efficiency, video conferencing becomes increasingly crucial for fostering team collaboration.
“Given our strong commitment to customer satisfaction, relentless dedication to innovation, and deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics, we are strategically positioned to assist organizations in navigating these emerging work trends,” Lakshmanan stated during an interview with a wire agency.
According to a recent report by 6Wresearch, the Indian computer accessories market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 11.6 percent during the forecast period of 2020-2026.
Government initiatives such as ‘Digital India’ are further driving technology adoption and fostering a robust ecosystem for electronic manufacturers in the country, thereby stimulating market growth, as noted in the report.
Discussing Logitech’s future plans for the Indian market, Lakshmanan mentioned ongoing engagements between the company’s product team and customers, which influence product hardware and software roadmaps.
“Customer feedback is not only essential but also pivotal to our iterative product enhancement process, ensuring that our products remain relevant and innovative to real-world user needs,” Lakshmanan emphasized.
A report published by Research and Markets indicates that the global market for computer accessories, estimated at $17.9 billion in 2023, is expected to reach $24.7 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 4.2 percent during the analysis period of 2023-2030.
