AWANTIPORA: The Department of Mathematical Sciences, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) inaugurated ten-day Python training program at the campus. The program is supported by National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology under “DIGISAKSHAM” initiative, a collaborative effort between Microsoft and the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
The training shall enhance students’ digital skills and employability by providing hands-on experience in Python programming, and shall conclude on Aug16, 2024.
Speaking at the inaugural program, Dr. Peer Bilal Ahmad, Head Department of Mathematical Sciences, said that program aims provide opportunity to youth to acquire Python skills crucial across industries and thereby enhance their career prospects.
