SRINAGAR: The Jammu & Kashmir Thang-Ta Association on Thursday announced the outstanding performance of the J&K Thang-Ta Team at the 31st Junior National Thang-Ta Championship 2025, held at Guwahati, Assam.
Demonstrating exceptional skill, discipline, and fighting spirit, the J&K contingent secured an overall 2nd position in the championship, comprising 11 Gold, 11 Silver, and 8 Bronze medals. This splendid achievement reflects the dedication of our athletes, coaches, and officials, who represented Jammu & Kashmir with great pride and honor on the national stage, the Association said in a statement issued here.
The Jammu & Kashmir Thang-Ta Association extended its heartfelt gratitude to the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council for its continuous support, encouragement, and guidance, which played a vital role in this successful campaign.
