Hajin:As part of the observance of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Hajin Police on Friday organised a “Run for Unity” programme at Hajin.
The event was flagged off by SDPO Sumbal Mohammad Nawaz Khanday in presence of SHO Hajin Qaiser Bashir, who encouraged the participants to uphold the values of national integration and unity.
Students from various schools across Hajin participated in the event with great enthusiasm. The run witnessed active participation from both boys and girls, reflecting their commitment to the ideals of unity, integrity, and national integration.
A pledge-taking ceremony was also held at the Army Goodwill School Hajin, reaffirming the participants’ dedication to the spirit of unity.
At the conclusion of the event, participants who secured the first, second, and third positions were felicitated with awards in recognition of their performance, discipline, and spor tsmanship.
