PAMPORE: In a momentous event at District Police Lines Awantipora during the Republic Day celebrations, three media persons were awarded. Additional Deputy Commissioner Awantipora Zaffar Husson Shawl and SSP Awantipora Ajaz Ahmad Zargar presented mementos to distinguished three media persons for their exemplary performance in Journalism throughout 2023-2024.
The media persons, including Kashmir Reader Correspondent Bilal Habib, News-18 Network Reporter Syed Manzoor, and Sheharbeen Reporter Shabir Bhat, were bestowed with well-deserved mementos, highlighting their outstanding contributions to journalism. The recognition emphasized their commitment to delivering insightful and impactful news coverage, showcasing the pivotal role journalists play in shaping public discourse.

Another Media Person, Dar Tariq from Doordarshan News, was also awarded during the Republic Day function held in DPL Pulwama.
