Award ceremony of Minhaj ul Quran International talent test held in Pampore

Pampore: Minhaj ul Quran International India, Kashmir on Sunday conducted a talent test through its department, Minhaj Education Society Kashmir, aimed at fostering academic and spiritual development among the region’s youth. The highly awaited award ceremony took place at Town Hall Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, bringing the initiative to a close and acknowledging the outstanding accomplishments of the students who participated.
The talent test proved to be a resounding success, garnering an overwhelming response with around 1700 students registering from diverse districts in the Kashmir Valley. Over 1400 students actively participated in the examinations, underscoring their dedication to academic excellence. These examinations took place in 15 designated centres across the Kashmir Valley, executed with meticulous precision to ensure fairness and accessibility for participants from various regions.
The test’s syllabus revolved around the book “A Real Sketch of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him),” authored by Shaykh ul Islam Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri. Each participant received an e-certification, recognizing their active involvement in this enlightening experience, Minhaj Ul Quran officials told Kashmir Reader.
The awards ceremony served as a testament to Minhaj ul Quran International India, Kashmir’s unwavering commitment to promoting education and nurturing healthy competition among the youth. Recognizing achievements in two categories, from class 6th to 8th and class 9th to 12th, the first prize, a high-configuration laptop, was bestowed upon the top performers in each category. Cash awards constituted the second and third prizes. Participants ranking 4th to 10th were honoured with certificates, medals, and books authored by Dr. Tahir ul Qadri.
The top achievers in the talent test were acknowledged for their exceptional performance. In the class 6th to 8th category, Tanzeela Manzoor Bhat claimed the first position, followed by Aqsa Reyaz in the second position and Azha Nabi in the third position. In the class 9th to 12th category, Aalima Nazir secured the first position, with Rutba Nazir and Hadi Mantasha securing the second and third positions, respectively. T
he event was attended by distinguished guests, including Dr. Arshid ul Qadri, State Coordinator of Minhaj ul Quran International India, Kashmir, and Dr. Sheikh Sajad Ahmad, Head of Minhaj Education Society Kashmir. Core committee members, the General Secretary, and other dignitaries also actively participated in the ceremony.
Dr. Arshid ul Qadri praised the dedication and commitment of Minhaj ul Quran International India, Kashmir’s members in advancing education and nurturing talent. Dr. Sheikh Sajad Ahmad expressed admiration for the students’ displayed talent, emphasizing the organization’s role in providing a platform for holistic development. Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Zargar, General Secretary and dice incharge, commended the collective achievement of the participants, congratulating all students for their efforts.
