Haystack bundle gutted in Hajin

Bandipora: A haystack bundle in a field was entirely destroyed by a fire incident in Mir Mohalla, Hajin town in the north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday afternoon.
Officials reported that on Friday afternoon, a fire broke out in a haystack owned by Abdul Rashid of Mir Mohalla, Hajin. Upon the outbreak of the fire, local residents promptly responded, swiftly collaborating with the Fire and Emergency Service Department, 13RR of the Indian Army, the police, and other locals to suppress the fire and prevent it from spreading to adjacent haystacks.
The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time, and investigations are underway to determine its origin.
