HC Also Orders Transfer Of 13 Judicial Officers

Srinagar: The High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Tuesday posted Shahzad Azeem as its Registrar General and also ordered transfer of thirteen judicial officers in the interest of administration.
According to an order issued here, the Chief Justice (acting) ordered the posting of Shahzad Azeem as Registrar General, High Court of J&K and Ladakh. Azeem was transferred earlier and his services had been kept at the disposal of the Chief Justice.
Meanwhile, as per the order by the incumbent Registrar General Sanjeev Gupta, Y.P. Bourney, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance.
M.K. Sharma, Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, has been repatriated from deputation and posted as Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice. MK Sharma has been also asked to hold the additional charge of Director, J&k Judicial Academy.
Haq Nawaz Zargar, Registrar Vigilance, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur.
Rajinder Saproo, 2nd Addl. District Judge, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Rules, High Court of J&K and Ladakh. He has been asked to hold the additional charge of Registrar Inspection, High Court Wing Jammu.
Kamlesh Pandita, Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Kathua, has been transferred and posted at Additional District Judge (Bank Cases)/Commercial Court, Jammu.
Syed Sarfaraz Hussain Shah, Additional District Judge (Bank Cases)/Commercial Court, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, POCSO Cases Jammu.
Balbir Lal, Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, POCSO Cases, Jammu has been transferred and posted as 2nd Addl. District, Judge, Jammu.
Aijaz Ahmed Khan, Pr. Secretary to the Chief Justice has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge, Budgam.
Gowher Majid Dalal, Registrar Judicial, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, MACT, Srinagar, on deputation.
Manjeet Singh Manhas, Presiding Officer, NIA Court, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge, Kathua.
Amit Kumar Gupta, Registrar Inspection has been transferred and posted as Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, on deputation.
Sandeep Gandotra, Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar, has been repatriated from deputation and posted as Presiding Officer, NIA Court, Srinagar.
Farooq Ahmed Bhat, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Budgam, has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial, High Court Wing Srinagar.
Rupali Ratta, who was transferred earlier and her services placed at the disposal of the Chief Justice, has been posted as District Judge, Leave Reserve, High Court Wing Jammu.
