CRPF organise mass Tiranga rally on highway

PAMPORE: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) conducted a mass Tiranga rally on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway in Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.
The mega rally was organised by 110 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Lethpora, and was flagged off by Commanding Officer 110Bn Yogesh Purohit.
The rally was started on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway near Galander Pampore to Barsoo Awantipora with a motive to create awareness among the locals and school children.
Talking to Kashmir Reader Commanding Officer 110 CRPF Yogesh Purohit said that the aim of the rally is to bring awareness among all for the Tiranga and to motivate the locals, youths and school children and to have good coordination among the forces, administration and local population.
The grand event created a wave of zeal, enthusiasm and joy among the locals and passers by and marked a gala beginning of the 3 day Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava and Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign.
