Srinagar: Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam while remembering its former president Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq (RA) on his 32nd martyrdom anniversary said the martyred leader played a vital role in the welfare of the Anjuman and all the educational institutions under it and in bringing them in line with the modern educational requirements thereby creating the spirit of knowledge within Islam as an example for us.
The Anjuman in a statement said that it salutes the vision of the Shaheed-e-Millat (RA) for the nation, especially the seriousness with which he took steps to adorn the daughters of the nation with education.
Shaheed-e-Millat (RA) repeatedly said that Muslim students should have the Qur’an in one hand and the latest science book in the other hand so that they can overcome the challenges being faced by the Muslim Ummah and bring out solutions to the issues confronting the Muslim World.
The Anjuman said that its present Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq and the entire team of the Anjuman are committed and striving to make the educational institutions run under Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam of high standard in every possible way and also for the bright future of the educational institution.
All the dreams of the Shaheed-e-Millat (RA) regarding the development of Anjuman Nusrtatul Islam will be fulfilled inshallah the Anjuman said.
