JAMMU: Principal Secretary, Irrigation and Flood Control (I&FC) department, Ashok Kumar Parmar has condoled the sad demise of Er. Ghulam Nabi, Executive Engineer (Civil), Division Poonch, Department of Irrigation & Flood Control Department who passed away today afternoon.
In his condolence message, the Principal Secretary said that the deceased was a very upright person who delivered all his commitments professionally and dedicatedly. He added that the officer was an asset to the department and his death has left a void in the department.
