PAMPORE: Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum Pampore celebrated Education day in zone Pampore area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Sunday.
The Superannuation of master Bashir Ahmad Sofi a well known teacher of Government Higher Secondary School Ladhoo, Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum celebrated Education day in zone Pampore at higher secondary school Ladhoo in which the retired officers and educationists along with a large gathering of teachers attended, education department officials told Kashmir Reader.
Among all the, ex Chief Education Officer Pulwama Farooq Ahmad Dar, ex principal higher secondary school Ladhoo and the then incharge zonal education officer pampore Ghulam Ahmad Dar, ex head master higher secondary Wuyan Mohammad Anwar, ex headmaster higher secondary Zantrag Abul Satar Lone, ex headmaster higher secondary Bathan Abdul Ahad, Principal higher secondary Ladhoo Mohammad Ashraf, District Prisident JKTF Abdul Hameed Trumboo, District organizer Gulzar Nehami, District Secretary Mohammad Amin Bhat, ex zonal president JKTF Pampore Farooq Ahmad Bhat were present.
Mohammad Yousuf Kuchay presented the welcome to the august participants, Nasir Ahmad Reshi recited the holy verses of Quran and Mohammad Amin Chatlum Lalpori presented Naat.
The best contribution of Bashir Ahmad Sofi was witnessed and was applauded for his dedication and sincerity in his full service tenure. All the Officers and the academicians put forth their expertise for the welfare of the present education system. The schools who performed best were awarded and encouraged for their performance in present enrolment drive 2021-22. It was a happy moment for the whole gathering on the announcement of making three of the defunct schools functional again by the sincere and hard efforts of teachers of this zone. It was appealed to step forward for identification and upliftment of the down trodden and talented students for their onward study morally and financially.
Zonal president JKTF Pampore Bilal Ahmad Wani presented the zonal profile while Abdul Hamid Trumboo district president JKTF presented the District profile, progress and achievements so far. Mohammad Amin Bhat District Secretary presented the momento and awards to the teachers who performed the best in zone pampore and also presented the vote of thanks with prayers for the welfare of all.
