Showkat Kaila elected president

Baramulla: Chemists association Baramulla held its elections on Saturday in which Showkat Ahmad Kaila”New Soilace Medicate” elected as president.
Three candidates Haji Bashir Ahmad,(Friends Medicate)Mohamad Ashraf Ganaie,”Al-Hayat Medicate”Hafuzullah Bhat(Bhat Medicate)and Showkat Ahmad,(New Soilace Medicate)were as presidential candidates of the Election.
Out 150 votes,144 polled in which Haji Bashir Ahmad got 41 votes while as Mohamad Ashraf ganaie got 31 votes Showkat Ahmad got 53 votes,
Hafizullah Bhat got 17 and Showkat Ahmad “New Soilace Medicate”elected as president of Chemists association Baramulla first time for the period of Four years.
The elections were held under free and fair manner under the supervision of Election Commissioner “Fayaz Medicate”Chief Election Observer Irshad Rasool, Mohamad Arsalan,Manzoor Ahmad “Wani Medicate” Gantmulla, Zafar Medicate Baramulla,along with representatives of chemists association Baramulla.
Meanwhile, representatives of chemists and Election Board of Chemists association Baramulla took part in counting and declaration of election results and oath ceremony. The winning candidates were administered oath and provided certificates on this occasion by the traders’ federation Baramulla.
Speaking on this occasion, elected candidates Showkat Ahmad Kaila assured all chemists that they would work for the welfare of shopkeepers and development of the business.
