Budgam: One person died while another got injured after receiving an electric shock during work bandsaw mill on Saturday at the Sonpah village in Budgam district ,
An official from the Police Station Beerwah told the Kashmir Reader that two persons have received the electric shock at the Sonpah area as they were working in the bandsaw.
“As both the persons were referred to the Sub-district hospital Beerwah, in which one person died while another person is stable in condition, “He said.
Dr Javaid Ahmad Ganie, Block Medical Officer Beerwah told the Kashmir Reader that two persons were brought to the SDH Beerwah in which one of person were dead on arrival, identified as Farooq Ahmad Najar son of Muhammad Sadiq Najar age 40 Years resident Bonzanigam of Khansahib Tehsil while another Ghulam Muhammad Najar resident of the Katiruna village of Beerwah Tehsil is stable.
“He was referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment as he complained of chest pain,” Dr Javaid said.
