DIG south Kashmir visits Awantipora, interacts with IPS trainees, players

Awantipora: Deputy Inspector General of Police South Kashmir Range Atul Goel lIPS) visited Police District Awantipora and held a detailed interaction with eight IPS probationary trainees who are presently undergoing training in different CRPF Units of Awantipora. During interaction DIG SKR and SSP Awantipora Tahir Saleem shared some of the work experience of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CAPF Units in Jammu and Kashmir UT and how coordination is being maintained among the forces which includes CRPF and RR.
DIG SKR also highlighted the role of police and other forces in maintaining peace in Jammu and Kashmir, police officers told Kashmir Reader.
After interaction with IPS trainees DIG SKR visited the DPL ground where the ongoing “South Kashmir under 19 cricket tournament ” is being organized. He held a detailed interaction with the players of two teams namely Shopian “A” & Shopian “B” which were playing today’s match.
DIG SKR also held an interaction with officers of Police District Awantipora in which he emphasizes upon dealing the situations with utmost professionalism, conducting joint Law and Order drills with CRPF and to continue the drive against the drug peddlers.
In an interaction SSP Awantipora Tahir Saleem (JKPS), SDPO Awantipora, SDPO Pampore, DySP Awantipora and DySP DAR are other officers participated.
