PAMPORE: Bartiya Janta Party senior leader and President Municipal Committee Pampore Mohammad Yaqoob Malik on Sunday visited Lethpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district to pay tributes to CRPF personnel who lost their lives there in a suicide attack on this day two years ago.
He was accompanied by other ward members and workers of BJP.
The BJP leader paid floral tributes at the site.
“I pay glowing tributes to the soldiers who lost their lives in a suicide attack on the Srinagar-Jammu highway at Lethpora on this day in 2014,” Malik said.
“We stand with the families of the martyred soldiers, the whole Jammu and Kashmir stands with them, ” he said.
Yaqoob was the only BJP leader who visited Lethpora site to pay tributes to ‘martyrs’ of the 14 February 2019 attack.
