Baramulla: The Baramulla police under the civic action programme distributed Covid 19 kits comprising face shield, N-95 Masks, triple layer masks, oximeter, digital thermometer, sanitisers, gloves and soap, among the poor families in Pattan area of district Baramulla on Thursday.
The function was held at police station Pattan where a large number of BPL families participated in the said function. Concerned SDPO made the people aware of the Covid-19 and requirement and utility of these items. They were properly briefed regarding use of the items in the kit. Earlier such kits were also distributed among the BPL families of other areas of the district. Besides SDPO Pattan Zaffer Mehdi, all police officers of sub division Pattan and people from different walks of life were present. The people in general have appreciated the role of police in this district.
