UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, Dr Piyush Singla today directed Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Chenani and Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) to remove all encroachments and illegal constructions on the state land, Kahcharai, Common land and forest land in village Karlah in Patnitop area.
The directions were issued to implement Jammu and Kashmir High Court directions in this regard.
Sub-Divisional Police Officer Chenani has been asked to provide all necessary security for removal of these encroachments/constructions.
The SDM and DFO have been asked to submit an action taken report to the Deputy Commissioner on a weekly basis.
