BARAMULLA: Senior journalist of Baramulla Sheikh Bashir Ahmad known as Bashir Alsafa passed away on Saturday morning at his residence at Kanlibagh Baramulla. He was sick for the past few days and died two months after her wife passed away.
The Baramulla Working Journalist Association (BWJA) expressed deep shock and grief at the demise of senior journalist and founder member of BWJA Bashir Ahmad who worked with Alsafa newspaper for a long time. Expressing heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the bereaved family, Chairman BWJA senior journalist Karamat Qayoom and working president BWJA Anzar Mohjoo express their heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and pray for peace to the departed soul.
