“To follow the proper SOPs, we have deputed the staff to that place, so that we can run a dedicated COVID hospital for district Budgam at PHC Chanpora. Since there is a rise of COVID positive cases in the district and taking into consideration the deaths the hospital has been taken by the department of the health and Chief Medical officer,” He said
