Baramulla: The body of a boy who slipped and drowned into river Jehlum on Monday at Deiuna area of Baramulla, was fished out on Tuesday afternoon from the Jhelum. Officials said that soon after the accident police and civilians started the rescue operation but could not find the minor anywhere in the river, on Tuesday afternoon the rescue teams fished out the body near the water pump shed at Deluna, a few meters far from the accident spot. The body was later handed over to his family for last rites after all legal formalities.
