9 boys rescued from Zabarwan hills

Srinagar: Nine boys were rescued by the Wildlife department from Zabarwan hills on Sunday who had gone for trekking and were reportedly lost. While talking to Kashmir Reader, Wildlife official Altaf Hussain said that they received a call from Additional Deputy Commissioner Srinagar that some boys had gone into Zabarwan hills and have not returned. “We launched a joint search operation and it took us about eight hours to trace them,” he said, adding that they were handed to police station Nishat for a medical check-up.
