Srinagar: Three persons were booked in Srinagar on Saturday for defying lockdown, police said. “In the jurisdiction of PP Chanapora, Police have booked 3 persons for violating government orders. They have been identified as Manzoor Ah Tantray resident of Pamposh Colony, Javaid Ahmad Mir resident of Budgam and Gh Mohd Rah resident of Housing Colony Chanapora,” the statement said. It reads, “Cases vide FIR numbers 65/2020, 66/2020 and 67/2020 under relevant sections of the law have been registered in Police Station Sadder and further investigation has been initiated.” Police have once again requested the general public to follow the restrictions imposed by the government in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and those who are violating the restriction orders
