Srinagar: Police on Saturday said it has decided to contribute one-day salary from all the non-gazetted officials and others besides two days salary (basic pay) from gazetted officers towards the relief fund for fight against Covid-19.
“All the DDOs of police department have been directed to deduct the amount from the salary bills for the month of March and remit the same in range PHQ welfare fund,” police said in a statement.
