KTA advises trade fraternity to keep essentials available

Expresses concern our panic buying by people

Srinagar: President Kashmir Trade Alliance Aijaz Shahdhar has expressed deep concern over the panic buying of essential commodities by the people of the valley amid Covid-19 threat.
It has appealed public to maintain clam and asked the traders fraternity to keep essentials available at reasonable prices especially vegetables ,chicken ,meat ,milk, groceries thereby doing its bit to help the distressed community.
It has also appealed the traders dealing with medicines to keep enough stock so that people will not face any difficulty. It has asked the government functionaries to remain more vigilant and put in more efforts to check overcharging sale of substandard items and artificial hoardings. Adding that the alliance will cooperate with civil society and government for smooth supplies.
