Malik brought to hospital for medical examinations: JKLF 

Srinagar: Incarcerated chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik was today brought to Khyber hospital Srinagar where he had to go through some important medical tests, a spokesman said on Wednesday.

The JKLF spokesman as per a statement issued said that Malik has been shifted back to central jail Srinagar afterwards.

JKLF chairman who is lodged at central jail Srinagar along with Rameez Raja (Hurriyat G), Farooq Ahmad Sodagar (Hurriyat M) and Shabir Ahmad Dar (Chairman Muslim conference S), JKLF leaders Mushtaq Ahmad Ajmal, Zahoor Ahmad Butt, Bashir Ahmad Kashmiri and Ghulam Muhammad Dar was arrested by police on Dec 10 and shifted to central jail Srinagar till Dec 16, where he is languishing now.

Meanwhile, a JKLF delegation led by Vice Chairman Master Sheikh Muhammad Afzal today visited Younisoo Handwara and met with the bereaved family of martyred women Misra Bano.

JKLF activists Muhammad Afzal Mir, Abdul Majeed and Mushtaq Ahmad were also part of the delegation.

Speaking on the occasion, JKLF vice chairman said that the impunity and immunity given to these killers has made them savages and they feel no shame while killing humans especially the innocents.

JKLF vice chairman said whole Kashmir especially the north and south of Kashmir has been turned into a battle field where Indian occupational forces have let loose an ugly reign of terror. “Killing spree and subjecting common people to torture and humiliation has become the order of day,” he said.

He said that pro-India politicians, their political parties and all assembly members are directly responsible for these atrocities and killings as they are the ones who provide legal shield to killer forces of India.

While praying for the heavenly abode of the martyred lady, JKLF vice chairman also prayed for the Sabr-I-Jamil of her bereaved family.
